We asked clients to rate our software and services across 13 key performance indicators (KPIs), and here’s what we found.

This is a great achievement considering our wide range of solutions, and it reflects our dedication to working with only world-class partners with proven products. We also work tirelessly to ensure our own software is developed with the same high standards of features and functionality.
- Ease of Use, Performance, and Support
We believe these are some of the most critical aspects of any solution. That’s why we’re so proud to have received a perfect 5 out of 5 score across all three. For maximum benefit, software must be both easy to use and perform flawlessly. Our high support score demonstrates our commitment to always being available to our customers and providing top-tier support services.
- Reachability, Responsiveness, and Quality
We also received perfect 5 out of 5 scores for these metrics, reflecting our dedication to the fundamentals that distinguish us. Our support team is always reachable through multiple channels (chat, email, and voice), and responds to every inquiry, regardless of whether it’s directly related to our products. Our support philosophy is simple: “If we can help, we will.”
- Functionality and Integrations
A strong enterprise solution is characterized by its ability to connect with other systems. We scored a 4.8 out of 5 in this area, and we embrace every integration challenge. We achieve seamless information flows between our solutions and other systems by offering clients and partners multiple integration options. These include a granular RESTful API, direct database connections, and other methods.
- Value for Money and Willingness to Recommend
Ultimately, business decisions are often driven by the bottom line. We’re delighted that our clients see great value in their investment and are willing to recommend us, scoring us a 4.8 out of 5 in this area.
